Good experience overall

I needed a new battery for my scooter, so I bought the Lithium Battery Replacement. It was pretty easy to find on their site, and checkout was smooth. Shipping took about a week to get here, which was fine. The battery swapped right in, and now my scooter is back to full charge. Happy with how it turned out.

Reliable like always

This was my third time ordering from EASWE, and they didn't disappoint. Got the Folding Mobility Scooter this time, and it arrived in about 6 days. Just like my previous orders, the product was exactly as described and works great. I appreciate the consistency.

All-Terrain Wheelchair purchase

I purchased the All-Terrain Electric Wheelchair a few weeks ago. The ordering process online was straightforward, and I received an email confirmation quickly. Delivery took around 8 days to reach my address in Florida, which was within the estimated timeframe. The chair arrived well-packaged, and assembly was minimal, just attaching a few pieces. I had a question about the joystick sensitivity, so I called customer service. The representative was helpful and walked me through adjusting the settings. The wheelchair itself feels sturdy, and the larger wheels handle uneven paths much better than my old one. The battery life seems good so far, lasting several hours on a charge. It's definitely improved my ability to get around outdoors.

Thinking of getting a portable scooter. Does Easwe have any discounts running? Or should I wait for Black Friday?

F Faith 3 weeks ago
They almost always have some kind of sale or first-time buyer discount. Check the top banner on their site or sign up for emails.

I think you can only use one code, so if you have a first-timer one, might be good. Black Friday is usually bigger though, if you can wait. I snagged a good deal then last year.

Anyone know if these Easwe chairs are airline approved? Planning a flight with my dad soon and need to make sure.

P Phil Kim 1 month ago
Most of the lithium batteries for these types of chairs are. Check the specs on the exact model you're looking at, should mention it.

I'd double-check with the airline AND Easwe. Some airlines have specific rules about battery size/watt-hours. Better safe than sorry on that one.

Hey, I'm looking at one of their folding wheelchairs. How long does shipping usually take? I'm in Chicago, trying to figure out if I can get it before a trip next month.

S Sophie Marsh 4 weeks ago
Mine came pretty quick actually, like 5-7 days to New York. I think they ship from a US warehouse.

Yeah, I ordered a scooter last fall, was about a week and a half to California. They don't do like, 2-day prime shipping or anything but it's not crazy slow either. Should be fine for a trip next month.

what's the deal with Easwe vs Pride Mobility? Is Easwe any good or should I just stick with a known brand?

N Nina V. 1 month ago
Easwe tends to be more about the folding and portability, especially for travel. Pride has a bigger range of everything. Depends what you need.

I have an Easwe, and for what I paid, it's really solid. The folding is super convenient. Pride is definitely a big name but can be a lot pricier for similar features sometimes.

Do they take Medicare for these electric wheelchairs? Or is it all out of pocket?

C Chris Silva 1 month ago
Afraid not directly, I asked about it. You'd have to pay yourself and then try to get reimbursed, but it's complicated.

Nope, they don't bill Medicare or insurance directly. It's an out-of-pocket purchase. Always worth checking with your plan anyway, but don't count on it for the initial purchase.
